Just follow some steps:
1. go to https://developers.google.com/youtube...
2. Click on Configure a button.
3. Insert your YouTube Channel URL, you can customize the appearance or layout of your YouTube Subscription button.
4. Copy the code present below the Preview.
5. In dashboard, click on layout
6. Click on add a gadget
7. Select html/javascript
8. Paste the code, then click save
9. Click save arrangement.
